AI/QI Industry Promotion Plan for Thousands of Households

Quantum Intelligence Association hereby proposes the following "Smart Industry Promotion Plan for Thousands of Households" for New Taipei City:

17.1 Objectives

By encouraging individuals and family businesses to participate in smart business innovation, we will promote the development of smart technology in New Taipei City and improve family income levels and quality of life.

17.2 Main measures

1. Provide start-up capital

• The government provides start-up capital of up to NT$1 million for individuals and family businesses to carry out innovative projects in the field of smart business. These funds can be used for research and development, equipment purchase, marketing, etc.

• The government cooperates with private enterprises to establish a smart business entrepreneurship fund to provide larger-scale financial support to individuals and family businesses.

2. Tax incentives

• The government provides preferential policies such as tax exemptions or rebates for smart business projects by individuals and family businesses.

• The government cooperates with private enterprises to launch smart business entrepreneurship loans to provide low-interest loans to individuals and family businesses.

3. Partnership

• The government establishes partnerships with large enterprises to encourage them to invest in and support smart business innovation projects for individuals and home-based businesses.

• The government holds a smart business innovation competition to provide individuals and home-based businesses with opportunities to showcase and network.

4. Education and training

 Introduce the concept of “technology volume transfer” to encourage residents to launch innovative businesses in the field of smart commerce.

 According to the principle of “technology volume transfer”, if residents start smart business projects in residences on both sides of existing roads, they can receive state investment funds to compensate for the volume-based compensation of existing roads.
